5 points to loose or gain weight (hint: You don’t have to follow anything)

So, we are well known with all the different diets that celebrities, athletes follow and we are always asked to follow, but the possibility of following such hard diets at least maintaining the diet for ever is impossible and if we loose the pace, we can regain all the weight, eventually more weight than before.

Weight gain and loss of weight is not directly connected with calories because calories are just unit of energy, this means it is only a disguise of energy that burns and release energy which facilitates various activities of our body. Muscles play a major role in our body mass and this mass is “The Weight”.

1. Carbs are not your Enemy: YES! It isn’t your enemy, the low carb diet do nothing, if you talk about the results, that is definite to find some good results without carbs because that is sure, you’ll have fibres, proteins, minerals and good fat and other micro nutrients specifically with some amount of carbs.

2. Breakfast is must! : Want to loose or gain weight? Never ignore the breakfast, it is the super meal of the day. Try some starchy or proteinaceous meal in the morning. It will give you intense energy as well as fullness for a longer period, but ignore white flour (maida), refined, sugary or oily food in the morning or anything preservative.

3. Eat whatever you want, just count the QUANTITY: To be specific, one can never count the calories all the time but the quantity of your meal can decide the need and detect the rest of unwanted urge. Do not cut down the amount you generally eat all of a sudden, but gradually. The gradual reduction in the quantity will help your body to understand the right amount of food needed and choose healthy to eat.

There are several reasons for skinny body, the muscle mass gives the proper healthy physique to a person. Muscle mass is all what we need, the first instance when we hear muscle mass we imagine a muscular weight trainer’s or a wrestler’s body but that is totally wrong. Our body is made for movements, you must be aware of how many joints, bones, cartilages and the muscles we have.

4. Include protein and water to your diet: Carbohydrates and fats are abundant but protein is something that we often skip from our diet. It is not our fault but we never look upto this issue of consuming less protein which is indeed the core reason for the inability to loose or gain weight. Protein builds muscle mass and also helps in burning 100-200 calories, plus, it accelerates the mitochondria of our cells which regulates the metabolic activities. Protein also helps with good digestion and increases fullness similar to fibre rich food. Stay hydrated, we do need a lot water, not only to relief our thirst but also it helps in cleaning our kidney and in other regulating processes. Water is the essential requirement of our life.

5. WORKOUT (You can skip a few time): Workout is necessary if you want to stay healthy by all means. You are skinny, doesn’t matter. Do workout! Because this will lead to a healthy life, being skinny doesn’t mean your healthy, so, make a right choice. To loose weight one can go for cardio, that to a high intense cardio workout, that is something where you have to workout intensely for 30 secs or a minute and stop or you can do it according to your health for 7-10 minutes at a medium intense pace. This helps your metabolic rates to increase at least for 24 hours (it means burning more calories for 24-36 hours).

But cardio alone can not do wonders, you need to do weight training as well. To get toned body, cool muscles and right physique and of course healthy body, just go for it. Whether you want to loose weight or gain weight, protein and the workout regime has to be added in the lifestyle. This means you can use dumbell, kettlebell, resistance band, water bottles of equal weight or body weight: pushups, dips, planks, squats. You can go for an enjoyable dance workout as well.

Covaxin and ZyCoV-D: India’s first covid-19 vaccines approved for Human trials. How do these vaccines work and how long before approval? (Global Race)



India’s first covid-19 candidate, Covaxin is developed by Biotech Bharat India (BBIL)  in collaboration with the National Institute of Virology (NIV). The Institute isolated a strain of the novel corona virus from an asymptomatic patient and transferred it to the firm. The company then used it to work upon creating inactivated vaccine. An inactivated vaccine consists of dead pathogens, basically the bacteria, virus or other pathogen particles that have grown in culture and with this, their growing or harmful effect producing ability is destroyed. They are unlikely to revert and cause pathological effects and so this type of vaccine helps our body in producing antibodies against such dead antigens introduced by the vaccine and we build immunity against the specific disease.

The general stages of the development cycle of a vaccine are:

  • Exploratory stage
  • Pre-clinical stage
  • Clinical development
  • Regulatory review and approval
  • Manufacturing
  • Quality control

Clinical development is a three-phase process.

  • During Phase I, small groups of people receive the trial vaccine.
  • In Phase II, the clinical study is expanded and vaccine is given to people who have characteristics (such as age and physical health) similar to those for whom the new vaccine is intended.
  • In Phase III, the vaccine is given to thousands of people and tested for efficacy and safety.

The Covaxin has been developed in Hyderabad highly cautiously. It underwent with pre-clinical testing on animals such as guinea pigs and mice. The Drug Controller General of India, CDSCO, has given BBIL approvals for phase I and II clinical trials.

BBIL plans to begin phase I and II trials in July, but is unsure of the overall timeline for testing and getting final approval.

After the Phase III, the firm will continue monitoring the the use of the vaccine and submit post-marketing surveillance details, which checks for any long-term unintended adverse effects.


Similarly,  Indian pharma major Zydus Cadila (Cadila Healthcare Ltd) successfully completes pre-clinical phase in animal trials for its plasmid DNA vaccine candidate, ZyCoV-D.

The company on Friday said that its plasmid DNA vaccine candidate ZyCoV-D, developed indigenously at its Vaccine Technology Centre in Ahmedabad. “In animal studies, the vaccine was found to elicit a strong immune response in multiple animal species like mice, rats, guinea pigs and rabbits”. 

The Drug Controller General of India — Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation has granted the firm permission to initiate phase- I/II human clinical trials for its plasmid DNA vaccine candidate for Covid-19. “The antibodies produced by the vaccine were able to completely neutralize the wild type virus in virus neutralization assay indicating the protective potential of the vaccine candidate,” Zydus said in a statement. The company will initiate the clinical trials in July 2020.

No safety concerns were observed for the vaccine candidate in repeat dose toxicology studies by both intramuscular and intradermal routes of administration.

In rabbits, up to three times the intended human dose was found to be safe, well tolerated and immunogenic.



With ZyCoV-D, the Company has successfully established the DNA vaccine platform in the country, using non-replicating and non-integrating plasmid carrying the gene of interest, making it very safe.

“Further, no vector response and with absence of any infectious agent, the platform provides ease of manufacturing the vaccine with minimal biosafety requirements (BSL-1),” it added.

“The platform is also known to show much improved vaccine stability and lower cold chain requirements making it easy for transportation to the remotest regions of the country. Furthermore, the platform can be rapidly used to modify the vaccine in couple of weeks in case the virus mutates to ensure that the vaccine still elicits protection,” the statement said.

Zydus was the first company in India to develop and manufacture the vaccine to combat Swine Flu during the pandemic in 2010.

There are other Indian companies like Serum Institute of India and Panacea Biotec. While Panacea is still in the pre-clinical stage, Serum’s codon deoptimised live attenuated vaccine, which it is developing with Codagenix, are still in the pre-clinical stage,  according to WHO.


Apart from Covaxin, which is not listed among the vaccines being tried globally, at least six other candidates are in Phase I/II trials and another five are in Phase I trials globally.

Covaxin has reached a more advanced stage of testing than two other vaccine candidates that BBIL is developing through global collaborations. One with Thomas Jefferson University, and the other with the University of Wisconsin-Madison and vaccine maker FluGen. Both candidates are currently in the pre-clinical stage, according to the World Health Organization.


The frontrunner is AstraZeneca, whose candidate ChAdOx1-S with the University of Oxford is already at phase III trials. It’s experimental COVID-19 vaccine is probably the world’s leading candidate and most advanced in terms of development, the World Health Organization’s (WHO) chief scientist said on Friday. The British drugmaker has already begun large-scale, mid-stage human trials of the vaccine, which was developed by researchers at the University of Oxford.

Moderna is close to begin with phase III trials for its LNP-encapsulated mRNA vaccine candidate with the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

WHO Chief scientist, Soumya Swaminathan said “Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine candidate was “not far behind” AstraZeneca’s, among more than 200 candidates, 15 of which have entered clinical trials”.

“We do know that Moderna’s vaccine is also going to go into phase three clinical trials, probably from the middle of July, and so that vaccine candidate is not far behind,” she said.

“But I think AstraZeneca certainly has a more global scope at the moment in terms of where they are doing and planning their vaccine trials.”

“It’s really hard to believe on digits shown on that tiny screen which always look too much to a person.” A thought that always strikes in our mind when we check our weight on a weighing machine.


So what is this weighing machine actually measuring?

Well we all know it measures weight or mass. Scientifically it is related to the force acting on the object. It can be due to gravity or some sort of force that holds body in place. 

Then how does this so called force or weight is related with our looks?

Our body require proper nutrients to function and store food in cells for future use. It utilizes nutrients for proper functioning of the system. Nutrients like vitamins, minerals are directly absorbed in the bloodstream, similarly, proteins also digests in stomach and absorbed in the small intestine. It not only builds muscle mass and gives strength but also helps in burning fat and boosting metabolism. Metabolism is a process which coverts what we eat and drink into energy. A good metabolic rate will help you utilize maximum energy and it would allow less unwanted extra calories to deposit in the body and carbs are present in the form of glucose which further undergoes breakdown, If more glucose is consumed than can be stored as glycogen (stored glucose), it’s converted into fat for long-term storage of energy. Fat is indeed an important component in our body but in an adequate amount and good types. Polyun and mono saturated fats are good for health but trans and saturated fats are a big no no.

This means food rich in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids are good for health:

  • Walnuts.
  • Sunflower seeds.
  • Flax seeds or flax oil.
  • Fish, such as salmon, mackerel, herring, albacore tuna, and trout.
  • Corn oil.
  • Soybean oil.
  • Safflower oil.
  • Chia seeds
  • Flaxseeds

It stores energy, insulate us and protect our vital organs. They act as messengers, helping proteins do their jobs. They also start chemical reactions involved in growth, immune function, reproduction and other aspects of basic metabolism.

With all such nourishments, our body need to move. It is indeed made for movements. We have 206 bones, 6 movable joints, 640 skeletal muscles. Sitting for a longer period of time is terrible for our body. Even if you think you look fit and smart, no physical activity for a longer while will increase health risks. Like:

  • As your blood flows slower and your muscles are burning less fat, there’s a higher risk of fatty acids clogging your heart.
  • The pancreas produces more insulin when sedentary, which could lead to diabetes. The efficiency of your body when dealing with sugar is affected by how physically active you are.
  • It’s believed that those who are sedentary are more at risk of various cancers, as the antioxidants in your body aren’t getting a boost from movement. These antioxidants are known to target potentially cancer-causing free radicals.
  • Digestion problems
  • Back and hip problems
  • Poor posture.
  • Weak bones and varicose veins.
  • Rise in stress levels
  • Decreases in productivity and energy.

You can fix few minutes for a physical activity like walking,stretching, even if it is your personal office or space, you can just go for the Youtube videos like Leslie Sanson’s 1 mile walk or a 5 minute cardio dance workout or you just walk for a while, that will be great enough for your body.

So how do we burn calories? And what is a calorie anyways? Calories in food provide energy in the form of heat, so burning the unwanted calories is our main aim.We think a normal workout is okay for us to burn calories and loose weight. Well, not completely. 

A cardio workout burns more calories than a weight-training workout. However, our metabolism is active for longer period of time after weight training. Combination of both the types is okay to go for.

If you want to burn more calories at high rate to loose some weight, it will be necessary for you to include cardio workout in your workout routine. So do you know when you are burning maximum calories? The moment of breathlessness or unable to speak anything during or just after the workout, that is when your body is burning calories at it’s peak.

When and why to exercise is normal question but sometimes people try to workout multiple times or they just start on a vigorous pace, It can lead to muscle fatigue or make you uncomfortable for a longer while. Start with a slow and steady pace and gradually increase the intensity and number of sets. This means you can double the number of times you do an exercise after 5 to 6 days of regular workout. Although it is recommended 150 minutes of a moderate workout and 75 minutes of intense workout in a week, but i recommend daily or alternate day workout and walk daily.

People who think they look good and have a standard weight according to their height and so they require no exercise are so wrong. It is really dangerous to assume that you are healthy and do nothing but just eat and live. You could have the same health concerns as overweight and obese individuals on the inside. Just remember your body is made for movements. Good appearance can only be possible when you stay healthy within. Exercise whenever you get time, dance, go for zumba, Cardio dance workout, you’ll even learn some dance moves. Exercise can only be boring if you are not doing it well. It has a great impact on your body and your mental health. It is very important to understand the need of moving your body and eating good stuff.

How to fight corona depression


The corona depression is not a depression typically, but a temporary condition which is being caused by the Covid-19 lockdown. So most of the countries are going through national or state or zonal lockdowns which means we have to stay at home so that we do not catch the virus and spread it.
Lockdown is one of the essential steps against the virus as it will limit the spread and make it easier to detect.
We are social animals, we are always ignite to meet others. On usual day, we see so many faces but in lockdown we have to stay at the least 3-4 feet away from our family members. There are so many people living away from their families and even people living all alone.

This so called depression can also be seen in people living with their families as everybody today is addicted with their virtual world of internet. People are moreover interested in that tiny screen than the people around them. THIS IS THE TIME when we should interact and have fun with our family.

Novel Corona Virus and My Immunity

coronavirus-photo-1-e1580226381672yoThe novel corona virus or covid-19 is something which is really getting on our nerves. The rising death toll is so agitating that everybody is worried and we are so not able to understand how to tackle with something deadly which is invisible.
The Covid-19 is a new strain of corona virus family, which is typically causing pneumonia, and yes, it is itself a life-threatening disease. Well should we get scared? No.

There is a very tiny difference between becoming scared of a disease and becoming aware of a disease. Just imagine you are in a war and precaution against a microbe is the first line of defence by which you can help your immunity.


If you are waiting for vaccine, you should first know the mechanism of a vaccine.


Vaccination is a process in which inactive or weakened microbe is introduced inside the body of the organism. Then, immune system releases different WBCs and fight against the microbes, White blood cells called memory T cells specifically remember the virus or bacterium acquire the memory about the fight against
microbe so if in future the same microbe enters in our body, our immune system knows how to fight with it. So in nutshell,
our body do everything by it’s own.


So for that we have to make our immune system strong. If you have multiple problems, like diabetes, blood sugar, asthama
or liver problem or anything as such, you definitely have to be a strong person with stronger immunity. We have to set a balance between everything or else we can have something major than the novel corona.


It doens’t matter if you have a disease or not, you should develop a strong immunity for your future, and well, for your present.


Be strong, be warrior for your family and country. Following information will help you understand that which food and fruit is required in boosting the immunity:

1. Vitamin C


It helps in getting rid of infections and increase the productiom of WBCs.
It builds immunity. It is full of antioxidants and so helps in booting metabolism.
If you have a great metabolism, no primary toxic substance will be left in your body.
Though it has less evidence in boosting immunity against SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) the so called cousin of novel corona virus, it can boost
your overall immunity which would atleast be strong enough to create a great impact on the microbe at the initial stage and critical too.
These foods include: oranges, grapefruit, mosambi, lemon and other citrus rich food.

2. Green Veggies


Although to many people, green veggies does not sound fun at all but since i’m an indian and that too a vegetarian can tell you some interesting
recipes for your bowl of veggies.
so the green veggies are full of- vitamins A, C, and E, as well as many other antioxidants and fiber which are all immune friendly.
Food rich in fibre will help us in digestion with little to no carbohydrates and also such food are rich in vitamins and minerals. It lowers the cholesterol levels.
Includes: Kale, Spinach, Cabbage, Lettuce, Watercress.

3. Garlic


With providing additional and zingy taste to our cuisines, it has been used as a remedy against infections since the very first beginning of civilization.
Garlic has such properties containing a compound called aliin which helps in developing a great immunity.
It also have anti-inflammatory properties which boosts our metabolism and it also lowers cholesterol which is indeed best for diabetes and blood pressure patients.

4. Turmeric


Recently, science has started to understand what Indians have known for a long time, it really does contain compounds with medicinal properties, the curcuminoids.
These substances have anti-inflammatory properties which indeed help boost our metabolism and increase our immune levels.
Consumption: You can have less than half spoon of turmeric powder with milk or even with water, once a day will help you develop a strong immunity.

5. Almond


If you are a vegetarian or have planned to stay vegan for a while, you can conquer your protein cravings with almonds.
Almonds are good source of proteins and fibres, fats, Vitamin-E, manganese, magnesium and even copper, Vitamin-B2 and phosphorous.


So the above mentioned are few food items which will surely help you boost immune system, the other important but usual food items which are very necessary for our diet, as follows:

  • Fruits: Apple ( full of antioxidants), Banana ( potassium rich fruit), Kiwi ( immune booster), grapes, papaya and etc.
  • Vegetables: Tomato (just filled with nutrients), Potato (telling ya it’s less starchy than corns), other greens veggies, beans, bitter gourd (good for immunity and blood purification, though bitter), eggplant, beetroot, lady finger (lowers cholesterol), bottle gourd, etc.
  • grams: Moong dal (split green gram) highest protein rich gram, Urad dal / kaali dal (split black gram), Tuvar dal / Arhar dal (split red gram), Rajma (red kidney beans) etc.

You can have dairy products if not allergic, coffee should be in limited amount, and other preservatives should be limited as well. Avoid alcohol or sugar rich food items or atleast limit them.

Love is in the air, so is Corona

Stay strong, Stay active, and Stay positive!


Friends, those people who know us better than anyone because we are just unable to hide anything from them. And when we talk about F.R.I.E.N.D.S. All the seasons and episodes of the famous sitcom runs in our mind like a memory. It was a sitcom which had 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004, anyone can easily relate or just admire their chemistry. It was nothing like a bunch of friends talking about ridiculous things. It was and still the best American sitcom and that’s not only my opinion but whosoever watch it, fall to be a fan, it includes all the problem a person face with his/her career and life but at the end they know, there is always someone smiling and cheering and encouraging him for the best and to move on. There were 6 friends: Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Ross, Joey and Chandler. Monica is the sister of Ross and they were friends with Rachel and Chandler since elementary school and college. They used to live in the same building just next door, Rachel was room mate with Monica and Joey with Chandler, Phoebe and Ross used to live with separate apartments. They all used to hangout at Monica’s apartment and at a coffee house “Central Perk”. It’s plot is based on how they live their life in a funny manner, Ross is the divorce guy who unfortunately every time ends up with a divorce, though being a nice guy with PhD in paleontology and love for it. Monica is the perfectionist who love home management and is a paranoid when things are not at their place, she is a chef. Rachel is the one who left her fiance at the altar and started living with Monica. She got a part time job as waitress in the Central Perk and later on she started working as an assistant at Fortunata Fashions and many more. Rachel is the best friend of Monica, she is a girl who is always confused with her decisions. Rachel and Ross get married in Vegas while being drunk and gets divorce, later she gives birth to a girl who’s father is Ross. Phoebe has a ditzy and straight character who is also very intelligent among all the 6. She has a twin sister Ursla who is no good with her. Phoebe had a bad childhood and get Monica as her room mate and become friends. Chandler is the sarcastic guy of the group, his apartment is next door to Monica’s apartment. He lives with Joey. They both are best friends, he too had a bad childhood, his father turns out to be gay and his parents get divorced on Thanksgiving day, so he never find Thanksgiving, a celebration day. He is a fun guy, he get married with Monica in the 7th season of the sitcom. Joey is the guy who love eating but never shares his food, he is always funny, not that intelligent but when it comes on giving advises, he is pretty good with that. He wanted to become an actor, did stage works and a daily soap. He has 7 sisters who all look alike. This sitcom just introduced and typical and modern bonding between friends, which looked like something as friends with benefits but it was never as such. It was first aired on 22 September 1994 “The Pilot” which was a big hit episode of the sitcom, they had live audience as well. It is all about how friends are always there with you no matter what problem takes place, its a funny show which everybody loves, and still it is loved by everyone, not only in America but also in various other countries including my country, India. In one recent interview, one of the cast member said, “as it is still aired on television, the fans ask me if i’m the father of my character!”. Now it has been 24 years since the sitcom was first airedWhile writing the blog i felt like why i’m writing it down, better if i go and start watching it because it’s so much fun. This sitcom is on something that we all adore, and that is, friends. It even sets an ideal friend circle we all wish to have. It’s always best to be a successful person but a person on top always needs someone to reminds his flaws or something for betterment or something to cheer up.

I know its not that interesting but believe me, on some point you’ll like it.

Our lives, we wake up, get fresh, do breakfast and back to our work. Do this fascinate us? ofcourse not but do we have something new everytime except of what tim is upto with kate or boss is gonna fire lily. Our life is kind a boring in all, but what if we turn it into some sort of comic? our day, as we are, in childhood, asked by our parents to write journal or “diaries” and we turn it into comic. What if it was a comic since ever? I know not everyone is good with sketches but don’t you think it will make your daily life more interesting? those simple faces with 2d structure make us feel so good and relaxed because it generally diverts our mind from whatever absurd and unnecessary thoughts be in our mind. The simple stories of cartoons make us forget our problems atleast for a while. But today in the era of virtual reality, people are not even that involve with their own family members. Like Archies, i love that comic so much! and so what if we make some of our own? something which is virtual but free e-comics that can be worthy for all. Something related to our own lives? That’s what i’m thinking about. changing our thoughts to sketches will make us feel less stressed, or just we start making sketches offline. It’s so much fun to be a comic character, it will be very helpful from getting rid of depression as well. Try this by your own, or you can take help from Google for sketch practises and i bet ya guys you will love it. I’m not a sketch artist or even good at drawing but i try and at times make some nice drawings which make me feel happy and then i add my dialogues with the scenarios, nobody’s perfect, it’s just for fun so you don’t have to make typical things with every detailing, but some simple drawings that will make you happy ☺Today we run behind things that are never meant for us but we unnecessarily try and pretend as if it’s made for us but the truth is we fail to know our own identity. Its such a dilemma where we are the one’s who ruin our opportunity by faking up to be like someone else. This comic stuff is just a way to interact with your own self, because today we are just trying to find ourselves outside but what we are is hidden inside. It is not just something we usually hear but something which is most important for us to understand and live with.

Time for you never comes, its you who decide, at which time you’ll rise.


How does election affect harmony?

Throughout the world, most of the countries are democratic that is for the equality and peace. It seeks the betterment of each individual of the country with a set of rules and regulation, and so for this systematic process, needs, dutiful elected people to let the process and democracy go systematically. This is why countries for democratic system, holds election for the government under which the appointed people work as one for the country.

These appointed people are elected by the people as they are, for the people and from the people!

The election is entirely depended upon citizens of the country where they choose a president or prime minister who holds his/her government throughout the country.

There are different political parties/groups/individual who advertise and publicize themselves for the election so that to get elected, but somewhere or the other, these advertisements also starts over castism, over racism which although raised in motion yet shows inequality. The leader who stands for the election generally use his speeches to convince the citizens to vote for them but nevertheless it seems to be a manipulation. Such speeches include general problems of the citizens as well as about the society and community. Communal harmony lacks here since the spokesperson of the political party or group starts appealing for the vote on the basis of their caste or race! They starts manipulating people over their needs or deprivation due to their castes or starts creating inferiority or superiority over other castes.

This sometimes even lead to civil war or development of rebellious behaviour in every citizen for each other. The unity in diversity gets less privilege or we can say it nowhere exists!  For example India, it is a huge democratic country with the world’s biggest constitution, yet it lacks the basic needs in most of the rural areas. This is so because the farmers and poor people easily get influenced by the people standing in elections, even in big metropolitan cities the leaders fascinate or convince the citizens by dominating over castism or racism. India is a country with 7 different religions, 3,000 castes and 25,000 sub castes, Castism is what which generally is a hot topic in this country Nevertheless there are the responsible citizens too who promote the betterment of the country irrespective of the party or group governing the country. But this manipulation of people over elections causes revolt and injustice to the democracy. Another example is America, we know it very well, it’s a country full of resources, development and more. We also know about the suffer due to racism in America 1960-1969, still there is racism which leads to conflicts in the United States. Still, we can see how people are judged over their race. The two words, Castism and Racism are that inability of today’s modern society which weakens our progress, progress of mankind. Modernity means never rejecting past yet accepting future! If our past was worst we will never want to repeat our fault and so progress ahead with new and better ideologies best for our world! Ourselves!


Education: learning or certifying a class

Ask those who lack it..

Education is most important for all of us. Education plays a very important role in your life. I won’t be writing anything like this, of course studies are damn important but education itself comprises of education of a child mentally, physically and psychologically.  It is not about gaining more and more marks because this is what happening everywhere but especially in India. What we study is actually study what we should actually do is practise, implementation. Education is very important since it is the key of living a life better. But now even education till 12th grade is takes as a diploma and in India kids are moreover pressurised for gaining better marks than learning! And what else they wanna and can do is engineering, doctor, etc. Why I used “etc” is because we generally take other occupations including Business as a deal of risk. But let it go! May be if you didn’t had a nice experience with Business so your kid can’t as well.

Yeah that’s for sure education till 12th grade is so important because even though you don’t study for entire 12 years but you grab the best of all education in these twelve years!
Education is important just to tell you are educated but education is not just a certificate, education is an educated full grown mind!


What is Life?


Sometimes we say life is too long and sometimes life is too short, so live each moment! Well living each moment is what we should really do. It is just our way of thinking but life is what makes us understand our world and us. Psychologically and generally we, people, waste our time on thinking of some unnecessary stuff well not only some but usually we live in past. Living in present is living the each moment of our surrounding observing them, observing each and every non-living thing lively and that’s the moment when we are in present, that’s the moment when there is no other thought about anything related to our past or future..

So What is Past….

Past is just what we have experienced even if it has been bad or damn good, it is just an experience. Never regret if something had been wrong with you in your past, because its an experience and life’s all about collection of good and bad memories and if something even got worst/ bad or something very precious has been loosed, be positive, think if something has or had happened then it must be for the sake of something good to happen soon. Whatever happens is what to actually happen never blame your destiny or life for anything. Forget what happened give a new start!


And the Future….

Well of course we cannot predict our future but surly can try to by making conditions in our favour! Since past is all about what we have experienced similarly, future is about what we will experience. It’s not a deal to be discussed but to try to make it a good one.

 The set of all three comprises life.
